Pergola looking nice all parts are delivert only Manual was missing but i get it per WU

Assembly： This product is extremely difficult to put together. The instructions provided by this vendor are worst possible. Practically useless. I had to reach out to them many time and they finally agreed to provided an updated installation manual which didn't help at at. None of the parts have clear labels on them and that lead to having to disasseble and asseble twice. I reached out to this vendor many times asking them to provide onsite support but they are not acknowledging the problem. Also they are not willing to send anyone here. So I am practically stuck with bunch of metal pieces and still don't know what to do with them. I reached out to a few electricians here in the area, but none of them want to take on this job given the very poor documentation. I made many attempts in reaching out to the vendor. Now I am starting with the review so other customers can learn from my experience. Next I am reaching out to Alibaba's customer service to get help.
